Fake MAC Brush Set

I really wanted a durable set of brushes and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for them…so I took to ebay, and found this site that sold really great looking brushes. I wanted the ones my girl Rofasho Jones was using in one of her yt videos. She had a 32 pc set. Needless to say, I  found them and ordered them… took about 3wks for me to get them, due to the holiday season. The packaging they came in was this clear bag.  The name on the bag… MAC!

I was like YAY!!!  I got some new MAC brushes… now let me be honest, I can’t afford to pay hundreds of dollars  for a brush set no matter whose name is on it… I know you need good quality brushes and while that may be true, let’s be REAL, they cost…and  for the makeup budget lover like myself, we want good quality brushes without the high-end prices…here’s where the alternatives comes into play. There’s some really inexpensive good quality brushes on the market…you must be willing to search and price compare. I purchased this set for $13.99 with free shipping, that’s not a bad deal for a budget saver.

They come in a handy portable roll up leather case that also has MAC on the right hand left corner, and each brush packed in a plastic sleeve. Brushes are made from natural animal hair.  And has MAC imprinted on the handles of the brushes. Brush Length: approximately 7.9”. After looking at them closely I saw that for the money I spent they aren’t all that bad. Except for that awful acrylic smell. You can easily remove that smell and the dust that’s embedded inside by simply washing the brushes before use.

Well, well, well…it’s been a year since I got my fake mac brushes and I must say…I’ve used these brushes at fashion shows, photo shoots, and even on movie set, used on myself and they are still holding up. Wash after wash these brushes keep and I haven’t had any or I should say not to much shedding with me. Don’t get me wrong I have had a few break on me but nothing that a little krazy clue can’t handle lol. Nonetheless, I’m very happy and surprised that they lasted as well as they have.
For the amount of money that I spent I got more than my money’s worth and I would seriously recommend these wonderful dupes to anyone whose looking for brushes that are affordable, easy to use, and worth the money. These brushes makes a great gift idea to any diva young or old.
