Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette ðŸ’

I feel privilege to have the newest baby in my Urban Decay collection of the Naked Series… THE NAKED CHERRY PALETTE… very excited about this new naked addition with beautiful tones of shimmery pinks, warm peaches, corals, plums and burgundies. Absolutely love the packaging of fully ripped cherries. Ordered this from Urban Decay and costed me $51.99 total…Lord, can’t believe I spent that much on a palette…but I had to include it in my naked series.

For me the formula for the shimmers and mattes seems alittle drier; the mattes are thinner and drier, more on the powdery side and while others are good standing along or with a group some need to be built up more, while the shimmers looked less shimmery once they’ve been applied and blended out. Some of the shimmers started losing their reflective qualities and a lot of them ended up looking just too similar on my lid.

I managed to create this soft smokey eye with just 3 shades…Juicy on the entire eye, Devilish in crease and on lid Bang Bang…those are fast becoming my three favorites. One can truly create numerous looks but they will all look alike some…you can take a look at the swatches below to see true colors.

So, my final thoughts on this palette is that it’s not that bad considering I paid fifty dollars for it. They blend easily, goes on smoothly while some of the shades are a bit on the powdery side, they are buildable and you’ll need some type of base to really get the full impact of intensity you’re going for. Those shimmery shades tends to lose a bit of their shine after they are blended. But the whole palette over all is doable and fun to play around with.

What’s your thoughts on the new UD Naked Cherry Palette? 🍒
