Fenty Beauty Moroccan Spice Palette

Hey beauties, it’s a nice sunny Monday evening and I’m off work for3 days starting today. I get a chance too share a palette that I know everyone may have…so this is my opinion of the palette cause I just got it and haven’t had the chance to play around with it.I wanted to get this when it first came out but was always on the fence…should I/shouldn’t I…so when a friend had hers up for sale, baby I jumped on it…she received it from boxycharm Fenty Beauty box.I have to honestly admit that this palette is very beautiful in person as it is in pictures. Comes nestled in a cardboard box that’s blue with fenty’s name in center with the a picture of the shades on back with names…I love palettes with shades having names.RICH, VELVETY COLOR. ULTIMATE STAYING POWER. SULTRY SHADES FOR EVERY CRAVING.
An eyeshadow palette of 16 longwearing Moroccan-inspired shades ranging from matte to shimmer finishes—perfect for spicing up your look in limitless ways. With these swatches I didn’t use any base or primer…and of course this doesn’t means anything…some shades popped more than others. Take a look at the swatches below.First Row:MoRockin IceMirageCasablancaMurraKushSecond Row:Shisha SmokeSahara StunnaQuickSandDesert BakedThird Row:Evil GenieFez UpSaffronCumin Get ItFourth Row:Souq It 2 MeNuts n DatesHenna SeaSpice TripAll 16 shades swatches and the shadows feels smooth and buttery. They do have a soft texture.
This palette has a beautiful color range and the pigments are strong. It’s just simply gorgeous on my darker skin tone and I love it!I would definitely recommend using some kind of primer or base. Maybe because of the swatches that I did…I’ll have to really experiment with and form a full opinion. This would be a palette that I’ll reach for more often during the summer because of it’s versatility and color story. The names are fun and interesting…my favorites so far are…Evil Genie, Sahara Stunna and Saffron. Do you have a favorite?Share your thoughts on this palette.
